Account Holders

• Billing information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store your card details)
• Venue name and timezone

Vendors Accessing Magic Links

• Browser type and device information
• Pages viewed and time of access

We do not require vendors to create an account or provide any personal information to view a shared timeline.

Usage Data

• Log data (IP address, browser, pages visited, time spent)
• Feature usage (milestones created, events activated, real-time interactions)
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

• Provide, operate, and maintain the SyncEvent platform
• Process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts, password resets)
• Improve and develop new features based on usage patterns

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

SyncEvent's magic link feature allows you to share a live, read-only view of your event timeline with vendors without requiring them to log in. Please be aware:

• Anyone with access to the magic link URL can view the timeline
• You are responsible for managing who you share magic links with
• You can regenerate a new magic link at any time to revoke access to an old one

We share data only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate SyncEvent:

All third-party providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

We take the security of your data seriously. SyncEvent uses:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) across the entire platform
• Row-level security on our database so users can only access their own data
• Secure authentication provided by Supabase
• Payment processing handled entirely by Stripe — we never store card details

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Keep you logged in to your account
• Remember your preferences
• Understand how users interact with the platform
